At Beauticity by Lisa, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Products
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased.
We only accept exchanges for eligible products within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:
The cost of sending the original item back to us, and
The cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will arrange for the exchange to be processed.
Services
All services provided by Beauticity by Lisa are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
Please ensure you are confident in your service selection before booking or making payment.
Cancellations
Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Product orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia for all orders over AU$100.
For orders under AU$100, a flat shipping fee of AU$12 applies.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping times may vary depending on location.
